Delete your Research Sultan app account
Use this page to permanently delete the account you created in the Research Sultan mobile app. Enter the mobile number or username and the password you use to log in to the app. You do not need the app installed.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your name, mobile number, email address and password are removed from your account record.
- Your login is disabled and the username can no longer be used.
- Push-notification device registrations and your in-app notifications are deleted.
- Any active subscription is cancelled. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy and are not triggered by this form.
- Payment and compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable law and SEBI regulations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Before you continue
- This cannot be undone. Deleted accounts cannot be restored and a new account will not have your previous history.
- Only accounts registered as app users can be deleted here. Admin and broker accounts must contact support.
